Sparklike recommends users to calibrate their device once a year. Just like every other valued equipment, Sparklike devices require maintenance to remain their accuracy and reliability.

Sparklike has an agreement with FedEx, and we recommend our customers to use FedEx for shipments. For example, DHL has changed its policies and now charges a deposit for equipment shipments from abroad, which we unfortunately need to collect from the sender.
