Variations in the Laser I&R output are normal and typically not a cause for concern if your measurement results are accurate. The output can look different from the manual example due to:
- Glass structure – Differences in glass and spacer thicknesses.
- Coating types – Variations in light transmission at 760 nm.
- Environmental and user factors – Such as glass cleanliness, vacuum strength, or panel bending.
Because of these variables, results may not match the manual illustration exactly. However, the device is designed to perform accurately within typical IGU configurations.
Tip: You can adjust the graph view by scaling it from the lower left corner. This helps reveal the peaks similarly to those shown in the manual.
