What to Do If You See “Laser Temp or Current Is Out of Range”

If you receive the error message “The laser temp or current is out of range”, follow these steps:

  1. Warm up the device – Ensure that both the device and the software have been running for at least 15 minutes before use. This allows the laser to reach a stable operating temperature.
  2. Run the I&R Test – Go to the Test Page in the software and start the Laser I&T Test to confirm temperature and current values are within range.

This should clear the warning.
